Shipping policy

All Lisespiecees items are handmade solely by Elise with love and care. Please allow 14–21 business days for your item to be carefully created and prepared before it is shipped. This production time does not include shipping.

Shipping Times:

• Domestic: Once shipped, transit typically takes 1–7 business days.

• International: Once shipped, transit typically takes 3–14 business days depending on customs and location.

Important Notes:

•Orders are shipped once fully completed and packaged.

•Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, but production time is separate and cannot be shortened unless a rush order add-on is purchased.

•Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

Please note: Lisespiecees is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. For added peace of mind, you have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout, which covers loss or damage during shipping
